Building upon 2010's Arts. Open October., in October 2011 the arts community presented ARTOBER,
31 days of art & soul, in celebration of National Arts and
Humanities Month. This month-long spotlight on the talents and arts
resources of the region featured festivals, performances, art walks,
special events, and a host of partnerships between businesses and the
arts.
